My husband has a really severe pet peeve,
That causes us to add more mileage I believe.
He will go more blocks to avoid the dreaded bumps,
Anything to avoid those bothersome humps.
I can count the times I have tried to complain,
In so many ways I have tried to explain.
I have met with no positive results it seems,
Set alone in all my nightly dreams.
So I come to you with this plea.
Please remember to take the road ahead of thee.
Forget avoiding those awful humps,
Go over those ungodly speed bumps.
