Some things are indelibly engraved in the hearts of man,
A certain smile, a smirk and a gentle touch of the hand.
Our loving son is gone from my sight for now,
My heart is saddened as much as I can allow.
Please Dear God place him gently in your arms,
Keep Him ever free from all worldly harms.
The disease that ravaged his body and took him home.
Must be destroyed and conquered all alone.
I look over his beautiful resting place,
I remember a son so full of grace.
His devoted love to all his family.
He will be remembered for his, gallantry.
