Time out seems  an awful harsh blow
A mind-reader I'm not and will never be
Besides that Do you still love me?

I am only a little boy with problems so big
This is almost like being in the brig
Is there a way for me to make amends
Long to hear you say "It depends"

When you start a sentence that way
I usually means I am going to be okay
Mommy, Please forgive me for being bad
If you don't forgive me I will be so sad
