Do you hear the magical sound of bells?
As they ring out with a beautiful story to tell.
This is the birth of our Lord Jesus
Who came to earth just like us.
The songs of Christmas spell great joy,
Of this miraculous heavenly baby boy.
The air has turned with a touch of frost.
Making us shudder at what we may have lost.
The smell of pine waifs through the air,
Children's laughter echo's the grand affair.
Brightly colored lights shine throughout the land.
The yearly celebration of life is certainly grand.
It all began at the sound of music everywhere.
Trumpeting the start of the seasonal fare.
We must always remember how so very long ago.
Angels on high announced the beginning of this show.
