When you walked into the room you brought the sunshine. Trouble would melt away and the world would be fine. You spent your life spreading God's Holy word, Your soft voice was like the sound of a bird. Your leaving so suddenly gave us to pause, We had no inkling of the profound cause. We only know that you will be sorely missed. Perhaps, God’s angels bent down and you were kissed. You were a dear enchanting woman full of love. Your faith and courage came from God above. I will always remember the softness of your eyes. Your positive demeanor was never a guise. You always came wherever you were needed. Your explicit directions were always heeded. This is one time we must carry on no matter the cost. For without your guidance we are utterly lost. Rest in peace my dear and valued friend. This is only the beginning and certainly not the end. In closing I offer this prayer May you feel the Lord's love as he ushers through the gates of heaven Your resting place for all eternity, while you wait for those who love you.
