Dear Jesus
Please let me be like a babe in your arms.
Let me bask in your heavenly charms,
Your love means so much to me,
I pray you listen to my fervent plea.
The Holy book says we must be born again
And must be free from Satan's stain.
My life I gladly dedicate to you.
I have subjected my years to analytical review.
And find that only you can give favorable reception.
To my feeble and humble preconception.
I know my inadequacy's I may be stressing .
But I know no other way to ask for your blessing
My soul cry's out to you so that when the time comes
and my poor wracked body succumbs.
I will once again be in your heavenly embrace.
to meet you finally face to face.
How I love you my dear Lord
You are our Holy reward.
